Time Schedule For Admission Process 2016-2017 For Nursery
Completed up forms can be deposited at the school reception on all working days from 9:30 am to 1:00 Pm.
- Distribution of forms will take place fromWINDOW 1& Submission of forms will take place on WINDOW 2 at the school reception
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION :-
- Birth Certificate Copy
- Residence Proof (Following can be considered as residence proof):-
A· Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of the child).
B· Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
- Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
C· Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
- Aadhaar card /UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.
- Three Photographs of the child.
- Vaccination chart photocopy.
- Photocopy of report card of the previous class (If applicable).
