St. Francis School Indirapuram Admission Notice
For L. K. G. (Session 2016-17)St. Francis School, Indirapuram is an unaided Christian Minority Institution established in 2004, by the Society of Franciscan Brothers. It is a co-educational institution open to the children of all communities that follows the syllabus of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Delhi. We strive to inculcate in students a sound philosophy of life based on faith in God, respect for the individual, concern for the less privileged of the society and ideals of truth and justice.

The Registration forms are available online and can be downloaded.

It is also available at the School Fee Counter on the 24th and 25th of August 2015 between 08:30 am and 02:30pm.

Parents can submit the registration forms on 1st and 2nd of September 2015 between 08:30 am and 02:30pm at the School Fee Counter as per the schedule given below :
- 1st September, 2015 – Indirapuram
- 2nd September, 2015 – Vasundhara, Vaishali and Kaushambi

Interaction with child along with parents will be held on 12th,14th and 15th September 2015 and the result for the same will be declared on 21st September 2015 at 02:00 pm.

Requirements for the submission of Registration forms :-

Copy of Birth Certificate from Corporation/Municipal/Anchal Panchayat. (Affidavit or Hospital Certificate will not be accepted)
Baptism Certificate & a letter from the Parish Priest (For Christian Minority only)
Certified copy of BPL Card (For BPL Category only)
Certificates of Parents’ qualifications.
Certified copy of parents’ income.

No. of seats available:-180

10% for the BPL category.
40% for the Christian Minority.
50% for the General Category

(a & b category candidates will be entertained only during the process of admission. No claims should be made after the process. Unfilled seats will be transferred to the General Category)

Age Eligibility Criteria:- The child should have completed 3 years on 31st March 2016 (Below 4years)

NOTE:

All admissions will be purely on merit basis, recommendations will be disqualified and incomplete forms will be rejected.
No refund of any fees will be made once the admission process is complete.
Payment should be made by Demand Draft only.

St. Francis School Indirapuram Admission & Withdrawal

The Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any student without furnishing any reason.
The Application Form for Registration/Admission shall be signed only by the parents or lawful/authorised guardians. The form should be accompanied with an authentic document containing the child’s date of birth. It should be only from a Corporation or ‘Anchal Panchayat’. Affidavit or Hospital certificate is not acceptable.
Special attention must be paid while entering the name and date of birth of the child in the form, as subsequent changes will not be permitted.
The school reserves the right to admit a pupil to a class suited to his/her level. Admission will be finalised strictly on merit basis after screening/ interview/ interaction/ written test as per the decision of the management and on payment of the prescribed fee.
A written test will be conducted for classes I and above in English, Hindi, Maths, and General Knowledge to judge the eligibility of the candidate.
For withdrawal of a student from the school, at least one calendar month’s notice must be given in writing, otherwise a calendar month’s fee will be charged.
The names of the pupils who remain absent for two weeks without leave shall be struck off the rolls.
Once admission is taken, the fees will not be refunded, even if the child is withdrawn.
